The bed in the Double Room felt cramped, but the shower pressure was excellent. Conveniently located near tram stops.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, going
Out of their way to assist us with our needs. The room itself was cozy, featuring a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with good shower pressure. the wifi connection could have been more reliable, and parking was a bit tricky during weekdays.

The B&B is a treasure for foodies! Artisan Coffee just down the street serves a cracking brekkie before hitting the local pubs like Victoria Bar and grabbing pastries from Storries Home Bakery. The tour option from the city is a bonus too—proper highland adventure vibes!
The room could’ve used a bit more love—cleanliness was lacking, and the mattress was a bit of a backbreaker. Plus, with views of an internal garden that looked rather grim, I had to keep the curtains shut so nosy neighbours couldn't peep in.

What you should know
The location is excellent, with quick access to tram services, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, ensuring a clean atmosphere during my stay.
The room layout felt cramped, with thin walls that allowed for noise disturbances, potentially affecting sleep during busy hours.

Unfortunately, the rooms were rather small and cramped, making it feel inadequate for two people. There were also noise issues due to poor sound insulation, as I could hear plumbing and other guests quite clearly—definitely not ideal for sleep. Cleanliness was a concern too. I came across dust and wrappers behind the bedside unit. The fact that the same key worked for both the main door and the room raised security issues. To top it off, heating was unreliable. I struggled to keep warm during my stay. these factors made it challenging to enjoy what could have been a solid experience.

The location was appealing, only a brief walk from the bustling city center, yet the ambiance remained peaceful. Enjoyed the cozy double room, equipped with the essentials and a fantastic shower. the cleanliness could have been improved, as dust was noticeable in certain areas, and I experienced some disturbances from external noises, like roadworks, which affected my sleep quality.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how my room was tidied up daily and the cozy vibe it had. The hotel offered some great relaxation options like a nice lounge area and a small garden to chill in. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit snug, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 😊
